Experience mind-blowing enhanced interaction with your devices with the RayNeo Air 2 XR Glasses. These glasses hook up to your favorite video or gaming device and projects the device’s image (for only you to perceive) into the world around so you can experience interactions such as spectacular home cinema or surreal immersive gaming.
How will I use the RayNeo Air 2?
The RayNeo is designed to enhance your current device’s viewing experience by extending it into a massive screen display (201″), whether it be from your phone, tablet, laptop, or gaming console, such as Xbox, PlayStation, Steam Deck, or Nintendo Switch. The RayNeo Air 2 itself is a light weight pair of glasses that you can view the real world through. However, a lens is mounted tightly in front of each eye to extend your device’s screen into the real world. High quality directional audio is boosted from each arm/temple of the frame for an enhanced immersive experience. Its light weight design is possible partially because it does not contain an internal battery. Instead, it is powered by the device that you are connected to. This means that a wired connection is mandatory, and some of your devices may need adapters.
How does the RayNeo Air 2 glasses work optically?
Built into the top of the frame front, the RayNeo Air 2 touts a Next-Gen Crystal Clear Sony Micro OLED Display that is projected into the real world by utilizing a Birdbath Optical design. The Birdbath design means that a device’s screen image is reflected across a tilted transparent beam splitter and curved mirror to ultimately appear to project into the real world space before the wearer. The display itself provides extremely high resolution (1920 x 1080 when in 2D, and 3840 x 1080 when in 3D) along with ultra-realistic imaging. The field of view (FOV) is 46° with 49 pixels per degree (PPD). With micro-OLED, black backgrounds appear dark instead of appearing to be backlit, giving way to serious contrast values (100,000:1). Its extremely fast refresh rate (up to 120Hz) makes sure that details appear sharp and crisp, which is especially important for fast moving objects on the screen to retain vibrant quality. The display can also provide up to 600 nits of brightness, which is important for viewing the displayed image in bright locations, such as outdoor sunlit areas. If prescription is necessary, your optical correction (sold separately) can be placed into included optical inserts for use with the frame.
How does the RayNeo Air 2 glasses audio perform?
Directional Speakers have been placed into the temples of the RayNeo Air 2 device to provide supreme audio for both ears to allow for an immersive listening experience without having to miss out on the sounds of the rest of the world around you. It has Advanced Acoustic Phase Cancellation Tech, which reduces sound leakage in the middle and low frequency bands. The sound expression also has a “Whisper Mode” feature to keep your listening experience not only private, but respectful to those around you.
How will the RayNeo Air 2 fit?
Overall, the frame is wide enough to fit even larger heads, but it also has a wrap-around design for smaller heads with soft temple tips to hold the head without an uncomfortable squeeze. There are also 9 available positional adjustments (3 on the temple x 3 at the nose pads) for the RayNeo Air 2 to properly fit your face. In order to view most comfortably and clearly, adjusting the temples and nose pads into their best position will serve to create the best experience.
What accessories do I need to use the RayNeo Air 2?
Since your RayNeo does not come with built in power (offering uniquely lightweight comfort on your face), it will need to be plugged in to your favorite charged or powered device for use. The very end of the right temple tip must be plugged into an included USB-C to connect to other devices. The Nintendo Switch has a special accessory that is available for use called the “Joydock”. The Joydock connects onto the back of the Nintendo Switch so that the Rayneo Air 2 display can conveniently connect to the Switch. Wired/wireless adaptors may be needed for certain devices, but this varies by the type of device that they are intended to be connected to. Computers and laptops, for example, need to be able to support the USB-C interface, while TV’s should be connected through a HDMI cable to a USB-C adaptor. Popular Android-based smartphones may support the DP (DisplayPort) connection, and iOS Devices require a dedicated adaptor. (Any necessary adaptor is sold separately.)
If I choose to include Prescription Lenses, how will they be included with my RayNeo Air 2 order?
A prescription insert is included within the box for your order, but you must select the option to include YOUR prescription if you want it included within the order. By default, your prescription lenses will not be set into the frame insert, and will be separate from your RayNeo Air2 box (so the RayNeo Air 2 box can remain unopened). Therefore, you will be required you to insert the lenses into the frame yourself, or by your local optician. Insertion of the lenses into the insert does require some precision, but we will provide assistance if needed. If you would prefer that the prescription lenses are already be inserted into the frame before you receive your order, and you do not mind us opening the box to access the included frame, then you can select this option while making your prescription order request. Also, if you would like to order prescription inserts after you have already received your RayNeo Air 2 frame, contact us at hello@deliversmartglasses.com with your order number, and we will can determine prescription and payment details separately.
Basic Shipping & Warranty information:
- The frames and inserts come with a one year manufacturer warranty, which does not include lost or damaged items.
- Added prescription lenses have a one-time thirty-day scratch warranty from the date of delivery.
- Additional warranties may be purchased (when available).
- Frames and frame accessories are returnable for a full refund (minus a $15 restocking fee deduction) within 7 days from receipt, as long as the box is not opened. However, prescription lenses are nonrefundable.
- Free shipping within the United States only. We do not ship internationally.
- Customer is responsible for non-manufacturer warranty returns.

- Repair Terms
- If the product has quality problems within the one-year warranty period, you will be entitled to our free maintenance services.
- For repaired products, the warranty period of the replaced parts is the remaining time of the original warranty period or the additional warranty period applicable to your jurisdiction. You will not be charged any fees.
- Repair or replacement may involve the use of parts with the same performance and functional conditions. RayNeo or its agent will return the repaired products or accessories in good working condition to you. After RayNeo provides you with warranty according to the terms of this limited warranty statement, any products, accessories or parts before replacement will become the property of RayNeo. This warranty policy is a supplement to any rights provided by the laws of your jurisdiction on the sale of consumer goods, and does not affect any of your rights.

- Terms beyond Warranty Period
Please note that the following conditions are not covered by the warranty:
- Products beyond the free warranty period;
- There is no warranty card, invoice or the warranty card is inconsistent with the invoice information;
- Malicious damage to warranty card contents and product information, including vague damage, self tearing, tampering, etc;
- Rough placement, direct sunlight exposure, liquid contact, placement in a humid or extremely high temperature or other harsh environment or use when the environment changes dramatically;
- Damage caused by human factors: such as physical damage of products or accessories, including but not limited to products or accessories (including any cracks or scratches on the screen) surface;
- Any damage caused by use, maintenance and adjustment not in accordance with the User’s Manual;
- Failure or damage caused by forced use of the product beyond normal use conditions;
- Use the product in combination with other defective, unsuitable or faulty equipment;
- Personnel without RayNeo’s authorization dismantle or repair or brush the machine without permission;
- Damage caused by force majeure;
- Wear of products or accessories caused by normal wear and tear;
- Use accessories not approved by RayNeo;
- Use the product in violation of any law or agreement;
- Other faults and damages not caused by product design, manufacturing, quality and other problems;
- Other reasons beyond the control, such as failure to install products in accordance with the requirements of the product manual, power supply or use of products in the external environment.
Manufacturer Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

- Invoices and warranty vouchers must be provided to customers for goods sold on the official website. With invoices and warranty certificates, all goods can enjoy RayNeo ‘s return and replacement policy, and fulfill the obligations of warranty, replacement and return for the sold goods;
- Within 15 days from the date of purchase (subject to the invoice or the date of receipt of the purchase), if there is a product performance failure, the authorized service center designated by RayNeo will test and confirm that the failure is true, and the customer can choose to return, replace or repair the product; After 15 days and within the warranty period, the customer can only enjoy free maintenance service within the warranty period.

The following circumstances are not included in the scope of return and exchange:
- Any product not sold by TCL RayNeo (SN/IMEI is not in our production warehouse);
- Within 15 days, the returned goods are not included in the scope of return if they are incomplete, the outer packaging, accessories, gifts and instructions are incomplete, or the appearance is damaged for human reasons;
- Damage caused by user’s or third party’s negligence, fault, abuse, misuse or force majeure (such as: liquid inlet, external force, scratches, damages, etc. of peripheral parts);
- The user dismantles the machine by himself, and repairs and refits it without the approval of our company (such as damage caused by frequency change, installation, adjustment or any incorrect change);
- Use of accessories not approved by the manufacturer, use, maintenance and repair not in accordance with the instructions, and damage caused by transportation and other accidents;
- Product failure or damage caused by incorrect or improper operation;
- Various labels, various parts (such as buttons) and consumable parts on the surface of the commodity, and wear on the surface of the commodity due to use.
